"IndicationAndUsage": "Sacubitril and valsartan tablets are a combination of sacubitril, a neprilisin inhibitor, and valsartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker, and is indicated: 1 to reduce the risk of cardiovascular death and hospitalization for heart failure in adult patients with chronic heart failure. Benefits are most clearly evident in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) below normal. (1.1), 2 for the treatment of symptomatic heart failure with systemic left ventricular systolic dysfunction in pediatric patients aged one year and older. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets reduces NT-proBNP and is expected to improve cardiovascular outcomes. (1.2).",
"Description": "Sacubitril and valsartan is a combination of a neprilysin inhibitor and an angiotensin II receptor blocker. Sacubitril and valsartan contain anionic forms of sacubitril and valsartan, sodium cations in the molar ratio of 1:1:3, respectively. Following oral administration, Sacubitril and valsartan dissociates into sacubitril (which is further metabolized to LBQ657) and valsartan. The Sacubitril and valsartan is chemically described as Trisodium (4-{[(1S,3R)-1-([1,1'-biphenyl]-4-ylmethyl)-4-ethoxy-3-methyl-4-oxobutyl]amino}-4-oxobutanoate)-(N-pentanoyl-N-{[(2'-(1H-tetrazol-1-id-5-yl)[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl}-L-valinate). Its empirical formula is C48H55N6O8Na3. Its molecular mass is 912.96 g/mol and its schematic structural formula is. Sacubitril and valsartan tablets are available as film-coated tablets for oral administration, containing 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan; 49 mg of sacubitril and 51 mg of valsartan; and 97 mg of sacubitril and 103 mg of valsartan. The tablet inactive ingredients are crospovidone, low substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, silicon dioxide and talc. The film-coat inactive ingredients are hypromellose, macrogol/PEG, talc and titanium dioxide. The film-coat for the 24 mg of sacubitril and 26 mg of valsartan tablet contains iron oxide black and iron oxide red."

"IndicationAndUsage": "HyperTET is indicated for prophylaxis against tetanus following injury in patients whose immunization is incomplete or uncertain (see below). It is also indicated, although evidence of effectiveness is limited, in the regimen of treatment of active cases of tetanus.(8,9,16). A thorough attempt must be made to determine whether a patient has completed primary vaccination. Patients with unknown or uncertain previous vaccination histories should be considered to have had no previous tetanus toxoid doses. Persons who had military service since 1941 can be considered to have received at least one dose, and although most of them may have completed a primary series of tetanus toxoid, this cannot be assumed for each individual. Patients who have not completed a primary series may require tetanus toxoid and passive immunization at the time of wound cleaning and debridement.(3). The following table is a summary guide to tetanus prophylaxis in wound management.",
"Description": "Tetanus Immune Globulin (Human) — HyperTET® is a clear or slightly opalescent, and colorless or pale yellow sterile solution of human tetanus immune globulin for intramuscular administration. HyperTET contains no preservative. HyperTET is prepared from pools of human plasma collected from healthy donors by a combination of cold ethanol fractionation, caprylate precipitation and filtration, caprylate incubation, anion exchange chromatography, nanofiltration and low pH incubation. HyperTET consists of a 15% to 18% protein solution at a pH of 4.1 to 4.8 in 0.16 M to 0.26 M glycine. The product is standardized against the U.S. Standard Antitoxin and the U.S. Control Tetanus Toxin and contains not less than 250 tetanus antitoxin units per 1 mL. When medicinal biological products are administered, the risk of infectious diseases due to transmission of pathogens cannot be totally excluded. However, in the case of products prepared from human plasma, the risk of transmission of pathogens is reduced by epidemiological surveillance of the donor population and selection of individual donors by medical interview; testing of individual donations and plasma pools; and the presence in the manufacturing processes of steps with demonstrated capacity to inactivate/remove pathogen. In the manufacturing process of HyperTET, there are several steps with the capacity for viral inactivation or removal.(1) The main steps of the manufacturing process that contribute to the virus clearance capacity are as follows: 1 Caprylate precipitation/depth filtration, 2 Caprylate incubation, 3 Depth filtration, 4 Column chromatography, 5 Nanofiltration, 6 Low pH final container incubation."

<IndicationAndUsage>Glycopyrrolate injection is indicated for use as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions; to reduce the volume and free acidity of gastric secretions; and to block cardiac vagal inhibitory reflexes during induction of anesthesia and intubation. When indicated, glycopyrrolate injection may be used intraoperatively to counteract surgically or drug-induced or vagal reflexes associated arrhythmias. Glycopyrrolate protects against the peripheral muscarinic effects (e.g., bradycardia and excessive secretions) of cholinergic agents such as neostigmine and pyridostigmine given to reverse the neuromuscular blockade due to non-depolarizing muscle relaxants.</IndicationAndUsage>

Glycopyrrolate injection, USP is a synthetic anticholinergic agent. Each 1 mL contains. Glycopyrrolate, USP 0.2 mg. Water for Injection, USP q.s. Benzyl Alcohol, NF 0.9% (preservative). pH adjusted, when necessary, with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. For Intramuscular (IM) or Intravenous (IV) administration. Glycopyrrolate is a quaternary ammonium salt with the following chemical name: 3[(cyclopentylhydroxyphenylacetyl)oxy]-1,1-dimethyl pyrrolidinium bromide. The molecular formula is C19H28BrNO3 and the molecular weight is 398.33. Its structural formula is as follows. C19H28BrNO3 MW 398.33. Glycopyrrolate occurs as a white, odorless crystalline powder. It is soluble in water and alcohol, and practically insoluble in chloroform and ether. Unlike atropine, glycopyrrolate is completely ionized at physiological pH values. Glycopyrrolate injection is a clear, colorless, sterile liquid; pH 2.0 – 3.0. The partition coefficient of glycopyrrolate in a n-octanol/water system is 0.304 (log10 P= -1.52) at ambient room temperature (24°C).

<IndicationAndUsage>HyperTET is indicated for prophylaxis against tetanus following injury in patients whose immunization is incomplete or uncertain (see below). The following table is a summary guide to tetanus prophylaxis in wound management.</IndicationAndUsage>

Tetanus Immune Globulin (Human) — HyperTET® is a clear or slightly opalescent, and colorless or pale yellow sterile solution of human tetanus immune globulin for intramuscular administration. In the manufacturing process of HyperTET, there are several steps with the capacity for viral inactivation or removal.(1) The main steps of the manufacturing process that contribute to the virus clearance capacity are as follows: 1 Caprylate precipitation/depth filtration, 2 Caprylate incubation, 3 Depth filtration, 4 Column chromatography, 5 Nanofiltration, 6 Low pH final container incubation.
