"Description": "Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, USP, is a water-soluble inorganic ester of dexamethasone which produces a rapid response even when injected intramuscularly. Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, USP chemically is Pregna-1,4-diene-3,20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,17- dihydroxy-16-methyl-21-(phosphonooxy)-, disodium salt, (11ß, 16α). It occurs as a white to creamy white powder, is exceedingly hygroscopic, is soluble in water and its solutions have a pH between 7.0 and 8.5. It has the following structural formula. Each mL of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, USP (Preservative Free) contains Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate, USP equivalent to 10 mg dexamethasone phosphate; 24.75 mg sodium citrate, dihydrate; and Water for Injection, q.s. pH adjusted with citric acid or sodium hydroxide, if necessary. pH: 7.0 to 8.5. Each mL Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection, USP (Preserved) contains dexamethasone sodium phosphate, USP equivalent to 10 mg dexamethasone phosphate; 13.5 mg sodium citrate, dihydrate; 10 mg benzyl alcohol; and Water for Injection, q.s. pH adjusted with citric acid or sodium hydroxide, if necessary. pH: 7.0 to 8.5."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SPRYCEL® (dasatinib) is indicated for the treatment of adults with: 1 newly diagnosed Philadelphia chromosome-positive (Ph+) chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) in chronic phase. The effectiveness of SPRYCEL is based on cytogenetic response and major molecular response rates [see Clinical Studies (14.1)]. The trial is ongoing and further data will be required to determine long-term outcome. , 2 chronic, accelerated, or myeloid or lymphoid blast phase Ph+ CML with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy including imatinib. , 3 Philadelphia chromosome-positive acute lymphoblastic leukemia (Ph+ ALL) with resistance or intolerance to prior therapy.",
"Description": "SPRYCEL (dasatinib) is a kinase inhibitor. The chemical name for dasatinib is N-(2-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-2-[[6-[4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-1-piperazinyl]-2-methyl-4-pyrimidinyl]amino]-5-thiazolecarboxamide, monohydrate. The molecular formula is C22H26ClN7O2S H2O, which corresponds to a formula weight of 506.02 (monohydrate). The anhydrous free base has a molecular weight of 488.01. Dasatinib has the following chemical structure. Dasatinib is a white to off-white powder. The drug substance is insoluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol and methanol. SPRYCEL tablets are white to off-white, biconvex, film-coated tablets containing dasatinib, with the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, and magnesium stearate. The tablet coating consists of hypromellose, titanium dioxide, and polyethylene glycol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "0.9% Sodium Chloride Irrigation is indicated for all general irrigation, washing, rinsing and dilution purposes which permit use of a sterile, nonpyrogenic electrolyte solution.",
"Description": "Each 100 mL contains. Sodium Chloride, USP 0.9 g; Water for Injection, USP qs pH adjusted with Hydrochloric Acid, NF. pH: 5.75 (4.50-7.00). Calculated Osmolarity: 308 mOsmol/liter. Concentration of Electrolytes (mEq/liter): Sodium 154; Chloride 154. 0.9% Sodium Chloride Irrigation, USP is sterile, nonpyrogenic, isotonic and contains no bacteriostatic or antimicrobial agents. The formula of the active ingredient is. The flexible plastic container is made from a multilayered film specifically developed for parenteral drugs. It contains no plasticizers. The solution contact layer is a copolymer of ethylene and propylene. The container is nontoxic and biologically inert. The container-solution unit is a closed system and is not dependent upon entry of external air during administration. Not made with natural rubber latex, PVC or DEHP."

The chemical name for abemaciclib is 2-Pyrimidinamine, N-[5-[(4-ethyl-1-piperazinyl)methyl]-2-pyridinyl]-5-fluoro-4-[4-fluoro-2-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-1H-benzimidazol-6-yl]-. Abemaciclib has the following structure:. VERZENIO (abemaciclib) tablets are provided as immediate-release oval white, beige, or yellow tablets. Inactive ingredients are as follows: Excipients—microcrystalline cellulose 102, microcrystalline cellulose 101, lactose monohydrate, croscarmellose sodium, sodium stearyl fumarate, silicon dioxide. Abemaciclib has the following structure:. VERZENIO (abemaciclib) tablets are provided as immediate-release oval white, beige, or yellow tablets. The molecular formula is C22H26ClN7O2S H2O, which corresponds to a formula weight of 506.02 (monohydrate). The anhydrous free base has a molecular weight of 488.01. Dasatinib has the following chemical structure. Dasatinib is a white to off-white powder. The drug substance is insoluble in water and slightly soluble in ethanol and methanol.
