"IndicationAndUsage": "DROXIA is indicated to reduce the frequency of painful crises and to reduce the need for blood transfusions in patients with sickle cell anemia with recurrent moderate to severe painful crises.",
"Description": "DROXIA® (hydroxyurea capsules, USP) is available for oral use as capsules containing 200 mg, 300 mg, and 400 mg hydroxyurea. Inactive ingredients include citric acid, gelatin, lactose, magnesium stearate, sodium phosphate, titanium dioxide, and capsule colorants: FD&C Blue No. 1 and FD&C Green No. 3 (200 mg capsules); D&C Red No. 28, D&C Red No. 33, and FD&C Blue No. 1 (300 mg capsules); D&C Red No. 28, D&C Red No. 33, and D&C Yellow No. 10 (400 mg capsules). Hydroxyurea is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is hygroscopic and freely soluble in water, but practically insoluble in alcohol. The empirical formula is CH4N2O2 and it has a molecular weight of 76.05. Its structural formula is."

(α- and β-hemolytic isolates only), Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or Haemophilus influenzae., 2 Infections of the Genitourinary Tract: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, or Enterococcus faecalis., 3 Infections of the Skin and Skin Structure: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic isolates only), Staphylococcus spp., or E. coli., 4 Infections of the Lower Respiratory Tract: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic isolates only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae.",
"Description": "Amoxicillin, USP is a semisynthetic antibacterial (amoxicillin), an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin, USP molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Tablets: Each tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each film-coated tablet contains: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. For Oral Suspension: Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 200 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.09 mEq (2.11 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 250 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.14 mEq (3.24 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.12 mEq (2.69 mg) of sodium. Inactive ingredients for 200 mg and 400 mg: Colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C Red No. 40, natural and artificial fruit gum flavor, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, spray dried mask flavor, sucrose, and xanthan gum. Inactive ingredients for 250 mg: FD&C Red No. 40, mixed berry flavoring, silicon dioxide, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sucrose, and xanthan gum. Tablets (Chewable): Each tablet contains 125 mg or 250 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Inactive ingredients in each 125 mg or 250 mg chewable tablet: cherry flavor, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium citrate, and sucrose. Capsules: Each capsule, for oral administration, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. The capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate and talc. The capsule shell contains D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 250 mg contains D&C Red No. 28 and FD&C Blue No. 1. "Description": "NAMENDA (memantine hydrochloride) is an orally active NMDA receptor antagonist. The chemical name for memantine hydrochloride is 1-amino-3,5-dimethyladamantane hydrochloride with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C12H21NHCl and the molecular weight is 215.76. Memantine hydrochloride occurs as a fine white to off-white powder and is soluble in water. NAMENDA tablets are available for oral administration as capsule-shaped, film-coated tablets containing 5 mg and 10 mg of memantine hydrochloride. NAMENDA tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose/colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate. "Description": "Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic antibacterial, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S 3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. Inactive ingredients: Capsule shells - yellow ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ferric oxide, shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide; Capsule contents - cellulose microcrystalline and magnesium stearate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2. Amoxicillin Tablets, USP. Each film coated tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The tablets are oval-shaped and white to yellowish. The 500 mg tablet is unscored, embossed GG-961 on one side and 500 on the other side. The 875 mg tablet is scored and embossed GG-962 on one side and 875 on the other side. In addition each amoxicillin tablet contains these inactive ingredients in each 500 mg or 875 mg tablet: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, ethylcellulose aqueous dispersion, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, talc, triethyl citrate, and titanium dioxide. Each 5 mL of the 125 mg, 200 mg, 250 mg, and 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.30 mEq (6.95 mg) of sodium. Amoxicillin trihydrate for oral suspension 125 mg/5 mL, 200 mg/5 mL, 250 mg/5 mL and 400 mg/5 mL are fruity flavored pink suspensions. "Description": "Namenda® (memantine hydrochloride) is an orally active NMDA receptor antagonist. The chemical name for memantine hydrochloride is 1-amino-3,5-dimethyladamantane hydrochloride with the following structural formula. The molecular formula is C12H21NHCl and the molecular weight is 215.76. Memantine HCl occurs as a fine white to off-white powder and is soluble in water. Namenda is available as tablets or as an oral solution. Namenda is available for oral administration as capsule-shaped, film-coated tablets containing 5 mg and 10 mg of memantine hydrochloride. The tablets also contain the following inactive ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose/colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, croscarmellose sodium, and magnesium stearate. In addition the following inactive ingredients are also present as components of the film coat: hypromellose, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol 400, FD&C yellow #6 and FD&C blue #2 (5 mg tablets), and hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol/polyethylene glycol 400 and iron oxide black (10 mg tablets).
