"IndicationAndUsage": "Herpes Zoster Infections: Acyclovir is indicated for the acute treatment of herpes zoster (shingles).",
"Description": "Acyclovir is a synthetic nucleoside analogue active against herpesviruses. Acyclovir capsules are formulations for oral administration. Each capsule contains 200 mg of acyclovir and the inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, sodium lauryl sulfate, corn starch, and magnesium stearate. The capsule shell consists of FD&C Blue #1, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. The imprinting ink contains, alcohol, FD&C Blue #2, FD&C Red #40, FD&C Yellow#10, iron oxide black, shellac Glaze. Acyclovir is a white, crystalline powder with the molecular formula C 8H 11N 5O 3and a molecular weight of 225. The maximum solubility in water at 37°C is 2.5 mg/mL. The pka's of acyclovir are 2.27 and 9.25. The chemical name of acyclovir is 2-amino-1,9-dihydro-9-[(2-hydroxyethoxy)methyl]-6 H-purin-6-one; it has the following structural formula:."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of: : 1 erectile dysfunction (ED) (1.1), 2 the signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) (1.2), 3 ED and the signs and symptoms of BPH (ED/BPH) (1.3).",
"Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is. The chemical designation is pyrazino[1′,2′:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a white or almost white powder that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil tablets USP are available as oval shaped tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of tadalafil USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and yellow iron oxide. In addition the 2.5 mg also contains red iron oxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "K-PHOS® NEUTRAL increases urinary phosphate and pyrophosphate. As a phosphorus supplement, each tablet supplies 25% of the U.S. Recommended Daily Allowance (U.S.RDA) of phosphorus for adul t s and children over 4 years of age.",
"Description": "Each tablet contains 852 mg dibasic sodium phosphate anhydrous, 155 mg monobasic potassium phosphate, and the equivalent of 130 mg monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate. Each tablet yields approximately 250 mg of phosphorus, 298 mg of sodium (13.0 mEq) and 45 mg of potassium (1.1 mEq). The components of K-PHOS® NEUTRAL have the following chemical names and molecular formulae. Dibasic Sodium Phosphate, Anhydrous Molecular Formula: Na2HPO4, Molecular Weight: 141.96. Monobasic Potassium Phosphate Molecular Formula: KH2PO4, Molecular Weight: 136.09. Monobasic Sodium Phosphate, Monohydrate Molecular Formula:NaH2PO4.H2O, Molecular Weight: 137.98. Inactive Ingredients: Lactose monohydrate, povidone, white coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, titanium dioxide, maltodextrin, triacetin, glycerol triacetate, polyethylene glycol, sodium citrate, and stearic acid), sodium starch glycolate, and magnesium stearate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Olmesartan medoxomil tablets are indicated for the treatment of hypertension in adults and children six years of age and older, to lower blood pressure. Lowering blood pressure reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, primarily strokes and myocardial infarctions. These benefits have been seen in controlled trials of antihypertensive drugs from a wide variety of pharmacologic classes including the class to which this drug principally belongs. There are no controlled trials demonstrating risk reduction with olmesartan medoxomil tablets. Control of high blood pressure should be part of comprehensive cardiovascular risk management, including, as appropriate, lipid control, diabetes management, antithrombotic therapy, smoking cessation, exercise, and limited sodium intake. Many patients will require more than one drug to achieve blood pressure goals. For specific advice on goals and management, see published guidelines, such as those of the National High Blood Pressure Education Program’s Joint National Committee on Prevention, Detection, Evaluation, and Treatment of High Blood Pressure (JNC). Numerous antihypertensive drugs, from a variety of pharmacologic classes and with different mechanisms of action, have been shown in randomized controlled trials to reduce cardiovascular morbidity and mortality, and it can be concluded that it is blood pressure reduction, and not some other pharmacologic property of the drugs, that is largely responsible for those benefits. The largest and most consistent cardiovascular outcome benefit has been a reduction in the risk of stroke, but reductions in myocardial infarction and cardiovascular mortality also have been seen regularly. Elevated systolic or diastolic pressure causes increased cardiovascular risk, and the absolute risk increase per mmHg is greater at higher blood pressures, so that even modest reductions of severe hypertension can provide substantial benefit. Relative risk reduction from blood pressure reduction is similar across populations with varying absolute risk, so the absolute benefit is greater in patients who are at higher risk independent of their hypertension (for example, patients with diabetes or hyperlipidemia), and such patients would be expected to benefit from more aggressive treatment to a lower blood pressure goal. Some antihypertensive drugs have smaller blood pressure effects (as monotherapy) in black patients, and many antihypertensive drugs have additional approved indications and effects (e.g., on angina, heart failure, or diabetic kidney disease). These considerations may guide selection of therapy. It may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents.",
"Description": "Olmesartan medoxomil, a prodrug, is hydrolyzed to olmesartan during absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. Olmesartan is a selective AT1 subtype angiotensin II receptor antagonist. Olmesartan medoxomil is described chemically as 1H-Imidazole-5-carboxylic acid, 4-(1-hydroxy-1-methyl-ethyl)-2-Propyl-1-[[2’-(1H tetrazol-5-yl) [1,1’-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl-, (5- methyl-2-oxo-1, 3-dioxol-4-yl) methyl ester. Its empirical formula is C 29H 30N 6O 6and its structural formula is:. Olmesartan medoxomil USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 558.6. It is practically insoluble in water and in heptane, slightly soluble in ethanol (96%), sparingly soluble in methanol. Olmesartan medoxomil is available for oral use as film-coated tablets containing 5 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg of olmesartan medoxomil and the following inactive ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, titanium dioxide and (5 mg only) yellow iron oxide. Olmesartan medoxomil is described chemically as 1H-Imidazole-5-carboxylic acid, 4-(1-hydroxy-1-methyl-ethyl)-2-Propyl-1-[[2’-(1H tetrazol-5-yl) [1,1’-biphenyl]-4-yl]methyl-, (5- methyl-2-oxo-1, 3-dioxol-4-yl) methyl ester. Its empirical formula is C 29H 30N 6O 6and its structural formula is:. Olmesartan medoxomil USP is a white to off-white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 558.6. It is practically insoluble in water and in heptane, slightly soluble in ethanol (96%), sparingly soluble in methanol. Olmesartan medoxomil is available for oral use as film-coated tablets containing 5 mg, 20 mg, or 40 mg of olmesartan medoxomil and the following inactive ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, talc, titanium dioxide and (5 mg only) yellow iron oxide. "IndicationAndUsage": "Deferasirox tablets are an iron chelator indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload due to blood transfusions in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.1). Deferasirox tablets are indicated for the treatment of chronic iron overload in patients 10 years of age and older with non-transfusion-dependent thalassemia (NTDT) syndromes, and with a liver iron (Fe) concentration (LIC) of at least 5 mg Fe per gram of dry weight (Fe/g dw) and a serum ferritin greater than 300 mcg/L. (1.2). Limitations of Use The safety and efficacy of deferasirox tablets when administered with other iron chelation therapy have not been established. (1.3).",

"Description": "Cryselle® is a combination oral contraceptive containing the progestational compound norgestrel, USP and the estrogenic compound ethinyl estradiol, USP. Norgestrel is designated as (2) (±)-13-Ethyl-17-hydroxy-18,19-dinor-17α-pregn-4-en-20-yn-3-one and ethinyl estradiol is designated as (19-nor-17α-pregna-1,3,5 (10)-trien-20-yne-3,17-diol). Each white active Cryselle tablet contains 0.3 mg norgestrel, USP and 0.03 mg ethinyl estradiol, USP. The inactive ingredients present are hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol and pregelatinized corn starch. The light-green inactive tablets also contain D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake and FD&C Yellow No. 6 Aluminum Lake. Norgestrel, USP. C21H28O2 MW: 312.45. "Description": "Sulfacetamide Sodium is a sulfonamide with antibacterial activity while Sulfur acts as a keratolytic agent. "IndicationAndUsage": "Vardenafil is a phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE5) inhibitor indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. ( 1) .",
"Description": "Vardenafil hydrochloride tablets are administered orally for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. This monohydrochloride salt of vardenafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Vardenafil hydrochloride is designated chemically as piperazine, 1-[[3-(1,4-dihydro-5-methyl-4-oxo-7-propylimidazo[5,1- f][1,2,4]triazin-2-yl)-4-ethoxyphenyl]sulfonyl]-4-ethyl-, monohydrochloride and has the following structural formula:. Vardenafil hydrochloride trihydrate, USP is white or slightly brown or yellow powder. It is slightly soluble in water, freely soluble in anhydrous ethanol and practically insoluble in heptane. Each tablet contains active ingredient vardenafil 2.5 mg (equivalent to 2.963 mg vardenafil hydrochloride trihydrate) or 5 mg (equivalent to 5.926 mg vardenafil hydrochloride trihydrate) or 10 mg (equivalent to 11.852 mg vardenafil hydrochloride trihydrate) or 20 mg (equivalent to 23.705 mg vardenafil hydrochloride trihydrate) and inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, iron oxide red (5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg), iron oxide yellow (5 mg, 10 mg and 20 mg), microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, pregelatinized starch (corn-zea mays), sodium stearyl fumarate, titanium dioxide."

"Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is. The chemical designation is pyrazino[1′,2′:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a white or almost white powder that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil tablets USP are available as oval shaped tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of tadalafil USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and yellow iron oxide. In addition the 2.5 mg also contains red iron oxide."

"Description": "Tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP)-specific phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5). Tadalafil has the molecular formula C22H19N3O4 representing a molecular weight of 389.41. The structural formula is. The chemical designation is pyrazino[1′,2′:1,6]pyrido[3,4-b]indole-1,4-dione, 6-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-2,3,6,7,12,12a-hexahydro-2-methyl-, (6R,12aR)-. It is a white or almost white powder that is practically insoluble in water and very slightly soluble in ethanol. Tadalafil tablets USP are available as oval shaped tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of tadalafil USP and the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide, triacetin, and yellow iron oxide. In addition the 2.5 mg also contains red iron oxide."
