"Description": "Dulaglutide is a human GLP-1 receptor agonist. The molecule is a fusion protein that consists of 2 identical, disulfide-linked chains, each containing an N-terminal GLP-1 analog sequence covalently linked to the Fc portion of a modified human immunoglobulin G4 (IgG4) heavy chain by a small peptide linker and is produced using mammalian cell (Chinese hamster ovary) culture. The GLP-1 analog portion of dulaglutide is 90% homologous to native human GLP-1 (7-37). Structural modifications were introduced in the GLP-1 part of the molecule responsible for interaction with the enzyme dipeptidyl-peptidase-IV (DPP-4). Additional modifications were made in an area with a potential T-cell epitope and in the areas of the IgG4 Fc part of the molecule responsible for binding the high-affinity Fc receptors and half-antibody formation. The overall molecular weight of dulaglutide is approximately 63 kilodaltons. TRULICITY (dulaglutide) injection is a clear, colorless, sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous use. Each single-dose pen contains a 0.5 mL solution of 0.75 mg, 1.5 mg, 3 mg, or 4.5 mg of dulaglutide and the following excipients: citric acid anhydrous (0.07 mg), mannitol (23.2 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.10 mg for 0.75 mg and 1.5 mg; 0.125 mg for 3 mg and 4.5 mg), and trisodium citrate dihydrate (1.37 mg), in water for injection."

<IndicationAndUsage>Insulin Degludec is indicated to improve glycemic control in patients 1 year of age and older with diabetes mellitus. Limitations of Use: 1 Not recommended for the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Insulin degludec is a long-acting basal human insulin analog for subcutaneous injection produced by a process that includes expression of recombinant DNA in Saccharomyces cerevisiae followed by chemical modification. Insulin degludec differs from human insulin in that the amino acid threonine in position B30 has been omitted and a side-chain consisting of glutamic acid and a C16 fatty acid has been attached (chemical name: LysB29(Nε-hexadecandioyl-γ-Glu) des(B30) human insulin). Insulin degludec has a molecular formula of C274H411N65O81S6 and a molecular weight of 6.104 kDa. It has the following structure. Figure 1: Structural Formula of Insulin Degludec. Insulin Degludec injection is a sterile, aqueous, clear, and colorless solution available as 100 units/mL (U-100) or 200 units/mL (U-200) for subcutaneous use. For the 100 units/mL solution, each mL contains 100 units of insulin degludec and glycerin (19.6 mg), metacresol (1.72 mg), phenol (1.5 mg), zinc (32.7 mcg), and Water for Injection, USP. For the 200 units/mL solution, each mL contains 200 units of insulin degludec and glycerin (19.6 mg), metacresol (1.72 mg), phenol (1.5 mg), zinc (71.9 mcg), and Water for Injection, USP. Insulin Degludec has a pH of approximately 7.6. Hydrochloric acid or sodium hydroxide may be added to adjust pH.</Description>

<IndicationAndUsage>In Anesthesia. Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is indicated for use as a preoperative antimuscarinic to reduce salivary, tracheobronchial, and pharyngeal secretions; to reduce the volume and free acidity of gastric secretions; and to block cardiac vagal inhibitory reflexes during induction of anesthesia and intubation. When indicated, Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP may be used intraoperatively to counteract surgically or drug-induced or vagal reflexes associated arrhythmias. Glycopyrrolate protects against the peripheral muscarinic effects (e.g., bradycardia and excessive secretions) of cholinergic agents such as neostigmine and pyridostigmine given to reverse the neuromuscular blockade due to non-depolarizing muscle relaxants. In Peptic Ulcer. For use in adults as adjunctive therapy for the treatment of peptic ulcer when rapid anticholinergic effect is desired or when oral medication is not tolerated.</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Glycopyrrolate Injection, USP is a synthetic anticholinergic agent. Each 1 mL contains. Glycopyrrolate, USP 0.2 mg. Water for Injection, USP q.s. Benzyl Alcohol, NF 0.9% (preservative). pH adjusted, when necessary, with hydrochloric acid. For Intramuscular (IM) or Intravenous (IV) administration. <IndicationAndUsage>TRULICITY® is indicated: : 1 As an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adults and pediatric patients 10 years of age and older with type 2 diabetes mellitus. , 2 To reduce the risk of major adverse cardiovascular events (cardiovascular death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, or non-fatal stroke) in adults with type 2 diabetes mellitus who have established cardiovascular disease or multiple cardiovascular risk factors. .</IndicationAndUsage>
<Description>Dulaglutide is a human GLP-1 receptor agonist. Each single-dose pen contains a 0.5 mL solution of 0.75 mg, 1.5 mg, 3 mg, or 4.5 mg of dulaglutide and the following excipients: citric acid anhydrous (0.07 mg), mannitol (23.2 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.10 mg for 0.75 mg and 1.5 mg; 0.125 mg for 3 mg and 4.5 mg), and trisodium citrate dihydrate (1.37 mg), in water for injection.</Description>
