"IndicationAndUsage": "Potassium Chloride is indicated for the treatment and prophylaxis of hypokalemia with or without metabolic alkalosis, in patients for whom dietary management with potassium-rich foods or diuretic dose reduction is insufficient.",
"Description": "Potassium Chloride is a white crystalline or colorless solid. It is soluble in water and slightly soluble in alcohol. Chemically, Potassium Chloride is K-Cl with a molecular mass of 74.55. Each pouch of light pink to orange color powder contains 1.5 g of potassium chloride, USP, which is equivalent to potassium 20 mEq and chloride 20 mEq and the following inactive ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C Yellow #6, natural and artificial orange flavor, and sucralose."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Pregabalin capsules are indicated for: 1 Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy, 2 Management of postherpetic neuralgia, 3 Adjunctive therapy for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 17 years of age and older, 4 Management of fibromyalgia, 5 Management of neuropathic pain associated with spinal cord injury.",
"Description": "Pregabalin is described chemically as (S )-3-(aminomethyl)-5-methylhexanoic acid. The molecular formula is C8H17NO2 and the molecular weight is 159.23. The chemical structure of pregabalin is. Pregabalin is a white to off-white, crystalline powder with a pKa1 of 4.2 and a pKa2 of 10.6. It is sparingly soluble in water. The log of the partition coefficient (n-octanol/0.05M phosphate buffer) at pH 7.4 is -1.35. Pregabalin Capsules are administered orally and are supplied as imprinted hard-shell capsules containing 25 mg, 50 mg, 75 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg, and 300 mg of pregabalin, along with pregelatinized starch and talc as inactive ingredients. The capsule shells contain gelatin, titanium dioxide and sodium lauryl sulfate. In addition, the orange capsule shells (75 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, 225 mg and 300 mg strengths) contain the colorants FD&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40 and FD&C Yellow 6. The imprinting ink contains shellac, black iron oxide, propylene glycol, and potassium hydroxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets are indicated for the management of pain severe enough to require opioid analgesic and for which alternative treatments are inadequate. Limitations of Use. Because of the risks of addiction, abuse, and misuse with opioids, which can occur at any dosage or duration [see WARNINGS] , reserve Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets for use in patients for whom alternative treatment options (e.g., non-opioid analgesics): : 1 Have not been tolerated, or are not expected to be tolerated,, 2 Have not provided adequate analgesia, or are not expected to provide adequate analgesia.",
"Description": "Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen is available in tablet form for oral administration. Hydrocodone bitartrate is an opioid analgesic and occurs as fine, white crystals or as a crystalline powder. It is affected by light. The chemical name is: 4,5α-epoxy-3-methoxy-17-methylmorphinan-6-one tartrate (1:1) hydrate (2:5). It has the following structural formula. C 18H 21NO 3C 4H 6O 62 ½ H 2O M.W. = 494.49. Acetaminophen, 4'-hydroxyacetanilide, a slightly bitter, white, odorless, crystalline powder, is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic. It has the following structural formula. C 8H 9NO 2 M.W. = 151.16. Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen Tablets, USP for oral administration are available in the following strengths. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, and stearic acid. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "SOOLANTRA cream is indicated for the treatment of inflammatory lesions of rosacea.",
"Description": "SOOLANTRA (ivermectin) cream, 1% is a white to pale yellow hydrophilic cream intended for topical use. Each gram of SOOLANTRA cream contains 10 mg of ivermectin. Ivermectin is a semi-synthetic derivative isolated from the fermentation of Streptomyces avermitilis that belongs to the avermectin family of macrocyclic lactones. Ivermectin is a mixture containing not less than 95.0% and not more than 102.0% of 5-O-demethyl-22,23-dihydroavermectin A 1aplus 5-O-demethyl-25-de(1-methylpropyl)-25-(1-methylethyl)-22,23-dihydroavermectin A 1a, generally referred to as 22,23-dihydroavermectin B 1aand B 1bor H 2B 1aand H 2B 1b, respectively; and the ratio (calculated by area percentage) of component H 2B 1a/(H 2B 1a+ H 2B 1b) is not less than 90.0%. The respective empirical formulas of H 2B 1aand H 2B 1bare C 48H 74O 14and C 47H 72O 14with molecular weights of 875.10 and 861.07 respectively. The structural formulas are. Component H 2B 1a: R = C 2H 5, Component H 2B 1b: R = CH 3. SOOLANTRA cream contains the following inactive ingredients: carbomer copolymer type B, cetyl alcohol, citric acid monohydrate, dimethicone, edetate disodium, glycerin, isopropyl palmitate, methylparaben, oleyl alcohol, phenoxyethanol, polyoxyl 20 cetostearyl ether, propylene glycol, propylparaben, purified water, sodium hydroxide, sorbitan monostearate, and stearyl alcohol."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Adults and Pediatric Patients: 1 Upper Respiratory Tract Infections of the Ear, Nose, and Throat: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Streptococcus species. (α- and β-hemolytic isolates only), Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or Haemophilus influenzae., 2 Infections of the Genitourinary Tract: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, or Enterococcus faecalis., 3 Infections of the Skin and Skin Structure: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic isolates only), Staphylococcus spp., or E. coli., 4 Infections of the Lower Respiratory Tract: Amoxicillin tablets, amoxicillin for oral suspension, amoxicillin tablets (chewable), and amoxicillin capsules are indicated in the treatment of infections due to susceptible (ONLY β-lactamase-negative) isolates of Streptococcus spp. (α- and β-hemolytic isolates only), S. pneumoniae, Staphylococcus spp., or H. influenzae.",
"Description": "Amoxicillin, USP is a semisynthetic antibacterial (amoxicillin), an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin, USP molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Tablets: Each tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each film-coated tablet contains: colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, D&C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, lactose monohydrate, sodium starch glycolate, titanium dioxide and triacetin. For Oral Suspension: Each 5 mL of reconstituted suspension contains 200 mg, 250 mg or 400 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Each 5 mL of the 200 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.09 mEq (2.11 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 250 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.14 mEq (3.24 mg) of sodium. Each 5 mL of the 400 mg reconstituted suspension contains 0.12 mEq (2.69 mg) of sodium. Inactive ingredients for 200 mg and 400 mg: Colloidal silicon dioxide, FD&C Red No. 40, natural and artificial fruit gum flavor, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, spray dried mask flavor, sucrose, and xanthan gum. Inactive ingredients for 250 mg: FD&C Red No. 40, mixed berry flavoring, silicon dioxide, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, sucrose, and xanthan gum. Tablets (Chewable): Each tablet contains 125 mg or 250 mg of amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. Inactive ingredients in each 125 mg or 250 mg chewable tablet: cherry flavor, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, mannitol, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium citrate, and sucrose. Capsules: Each capsule, for oral administration, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin, USP as the trihydrate. The capsules contain the following inactive ingredients: magnesium stearate and talc. The capsule shell contains D&C Yellow No. 10, FD&C Red No. 40, gelatin, and titanium dioxide. In addition, the 250 mg contains D&C Red No. 28 and FD&C Blue No. 1. The 500 mg may also contain methylparaben, propylparaben, and sodium lauryl sulfate. The printing ink contains black iron oxide, propylene glycol, shellac, and strong ammonia solution. In addition, the 250 mg may contain D&C Yellow No. 10 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 1 Aluminum Lake, FD&C Blue No. 2 Aluminum Lake, and FD&C Red No. 40 Aluminum Lake. The 500 mg may also contain potassium hydroxide."

"Description": "Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, USP are an oral antibacterial combination consisting of amoxicillin and the beta-lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium (the potassium salt of clavulanic acid).Amoxicillin USP is an analog of ampicillin, derived from the basic penicillin nucleus, 6-aminopenicillanic acid. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.46. Chemically, amoxicillin is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-Amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate and may be represented structurally as:. Clavulanic acid is produced by the fermentation of Streptomyces clavuligerus. It is a beta-lactam structurally related to the penicillins and possesses the ability to inactivate some beta-lactamases by blocking the active sites of these enzymes. The clavulanate potassium molecular formula is C8H8KNO5, and the molecular weight is 237.25. "Description": "Clopidogrel bisulfate is a thienopyridine class inhibitor of P2Y12 ADP platelet receptors. Chemically it is methyl (+)-(S)-α-(2-chlorophenyl)-6,7-dihydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine-5(4H)-acetate sulfate (1:1). The molecular formula of clopidogrel bisulfate is C16H16ClNO2SH2SO4 and its molecular weight is 419.9. The structural formula is as follows:. Clopidogrel bisulfate is a white to off-white powder. It is practically insoluble in water at neutral pH but freely soluble at pH 1. The empirical formula of clopidogrel bisulfate is C16H16ClNO2SH2SO4 and its molecular weight is 419.9 g/mol. The structural formula is as follows. Clopidogrel bisulfate is a white to off-white powder. It is practically insoluble in water at neutral pH but freely soluble at pH 1. It also dissolves freely in methanol, dissolves sparingly in methylene chloride, and is practically insoluble in ethyl ether. It has a specific optical rotation of about +56°. Clopidogrel tablets, USP 75 mg for oral administration are provided as pink, round, biconvex, film coated tablets, engraved “APO” on one side, “CL” over “75” on the other side. The tablets contain 97.875 mg of clopidogrel bisulfate, which is the molar equivalent of 75 mg of clopidogrel base. Clopidogrel tablets, USP 300 mg for oral administration are provided as pink, oblong, biconvex, film coated tablets engraved \"APO\" on one side and \"CL 300\" on the other side. The tablets contain 392.0 mg of clopidogrel bisulfate, which is the molar equivalent of 300 mg of clopidogrel base. Each tablet contains anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, methylcellulose and zinc stearate as inactive ingredients. The pink film coating contains ferric oxide red, hydroxypropyl cellulose, hypromellose, polyethylene glycol and titanium dioxide."

Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl) acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as:. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45.Each film coated tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg amoxicillin USP as the trihydrate. The 500 mg pink colored, capsule shaped, film coated tablets debossed with “A” on one side and “66” on the other side. The 875 mg pink colored, capsule shaped, film coated tablets debossed with “A” on one side and with a score line in between “6” and “7” on the other side. "Description": "Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium tablets, USP are an oral antibacterial combination consisting of amoxicillin and the beta-lactamase inhibitor, clavulanate potassium (the potassium salt of clavulanic acid).Amoxicillin USP is an analog of ampicillin, derived from the basic penicillin nucleus, 6-aminopenicillanic acid. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.46. Chemically, amoxicillin is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-Amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4-thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate and may be represented structurally as:. Clavulanic acid is produced by the fermentation of Streptomyces clavuligerus. It is a beta-lactam structurally related to the penicillins and possesses the ability to inactivate some beta-lactamases by blocking the active sites of these enzymes. The clavulanate potassium molecular formula is C8H8KNO5, and the molecular weight is 237.25. Chemically, clavulanate potassium is potassium (Z)(2R,5R)-3-(2-hydroxyethylidene)-7-oxo-4-oxa-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]-heptane-2-carboxylate and may be represented structurally as. Inactive Ingredients:Colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, sodium starch glycolate, surelease clear (aqueous ethyl cellulose dispersion), and titanium dioxide. Each tablet of amoxicillin and clavulanate contains 0.63 mEq potassium."
