"IndicationAndUsage": "Xiclofen TMOintment is indicated in adults over the age of 12 years old for the treatment of signs and symptoms of osteoarthritis of the joints, and of acute and chronic pain in muscles and joints associated with muscle soreness, strains, sprains, arthritis, simple backache, muscle stiffness, and more.",
"Description": "Xiclofen TMOintment is a clear to white external ointment comprised of the active ingredient’s diclofenac sodium 1% and 5% methyl salicylate. Each tube is 85g (3 oz) which contains the active and inactive ingredient formulation. The outer unit box is imprinted with the Xiclofen TMOintment logo. One tube and a package insert are included in each unit box. The inactive ingredients include: Allantoin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Ammonium Acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP Copolymer, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Ascorbic Acid, Boswellia Serrata Extract, Cetyl Alcohol, Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract, Dimethicone, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycerin, Glyceryl Stearate, Inulin Lauryl Carbamate, PEG-100 Stearate, Phenoxyethanol, Propylene Glycol, Stearic Acid, Tetrasodium EDTA, Triethanolamine, Water."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Silver sulfadiazine cream, USP 1% is a topical antimicrobial drug indicated as an adjunct for the prevention and treatment of wound sepsis in patients with second and third degree burns.",
"Description": "Silver sulfadiazine cream, USP 1% is a soft, white, water dispersible cream containing the antimicrobial agent silver sulfadiazine in micronized form for topical application. Each gram of silver sulfadiazine cream contains 10mg of micronized silver sulfadiazine. This active agent has the following structural formula:. Silver sulfadiazine cream contains 1% w/w silver sulfadiazine. The vehicle in which the active ingredient is dispersed consists of water, stearyl alcohol, white petrolatum, polyoxyl 40 stearate, propylene glycol, isopropyl myristate, and sorbitan monooleate with 0.3% methylparaben as a preservative."

"Description": "Rituximab-pvvr is a genetically engineered chimeric murine/human monoclonal IgG1 kappa antibody directed against the CD20 antigen. Rituximab-pvvr has an approximate molecular weight of 145 kD. Rituximab-pvvr is produced by mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary) suspension culture in a nutrient medium. RUXIENCE (rituximab-pvvr) injection is a sterile, preservative-free, clear to slightly opalescent, colorless to pale brownish-yellow solution for intravenous infusion. RUXIENCE is supplied at a concentration of 10 mg/mL in either 100 mg/10 mL or 500 mg/50 mL single-dose vials. Each mL of solution contains 10 mg rituximab-pvvr, 0.056 mg of edetate disodium dihydrate, 1.2 mg of L-histidine, 2.57 mg of L-histidine hydrochloride monohydrate, 0.2 mg of polysorbate 80, 85 mg of sucrose, and Water for Injection, USP. The pH is 5.8."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Hyoscyamine sulfate sublingual tablets are effective as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of peptic ulcer. They can also be used to control gastric secretion, visceral spasm and hypermotility in spastic colitis, spastic bladder, cystitis, pylorospasm, and associated abdominal cramps. May be used in functional intestinal disorders to reduce symptoms such as those seen in mild dysenteries, diverticulitis, and acute enterocolitis. For use as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome (irritable colon, spastic colon, mucous colitis) and functional gastrointestinal disorders. Also used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and neurogenic bowel disturbances (including the splenic flexure syndrome and neurogenic colon). Hyoscyamine sulfate sublingual tablets are indicated along with morphine or other narcotics in symptomatic relief of biliary and renal colic; as a “drying agent” in the relief of symptoms of acute rhinitis; in the therapy of parkinsonism to reduce rigidity and tremors and to control associated sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis. May be used in the therapy of poisoning by anticholinesterase agents.",
"Description": "Hyoscyamine sulfate sublingual tablets contain 0.125 mg hyoscyamine sulfate formulated for sublingual administration. However, the tablets may be chewed or taken orally. Hyoscyamine sulfate is one of the principal anticholinergic/antispasmodic components of belladonna alkaloids. The empirical formula is (C 17H 23NO 3) 2H 2SO 42H 2O and the molecular weight is 712.85. Chemically, it is benzeneacetic acid, α-(hydroxymethyl)-,8-methyl-8-azabicyclo [3.2.1.] oct-3-yl ester, [3(S)-endo]-, sulfate (2:1), dihydrate with the following structure:. Each tablet also contains as inactive ingredients: FD&C blue #1, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, mannitol, starch and stearic acid."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Proparacaine hydrochloride ophthalmic solution is indicated for procedures in which a topical ophthalmic anesthetic is indicated: corneal anesthesia of short duration, e.g. tonometry, gonioscopy, removal of corneal foreign bodies, and for short corneal and conjunctival procedures.",
"Description": "Proparacaine hydrochloride ophthalmic solution 0.5% is a topical local anesthetic for ophthalmic use. The active ingredient is represented by the structural formula. Established name: Proparacaine Hydrochloride. Chemical name: Benzoic acid, 3-amino-4-propoxy-,2-(diethylamino) ethyl ester, monohydrochloride. Molecular Weight: 330.85. Each mL contains: Active:proparacaine hydrochloride 5mg 0.5%. Preservative:benzalkonium chloride (0.01%). Inactives:glycerin; and purified water. The pH may be adjusted with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide."

Mild, uncomplicated allergic skin manifestations of urticaria and angioedema. Amelioration of allergic reactions to blood or plasma. Dermographism. Anaphylactic reactions, as adjunctive therapy to epinephrine and other standard measures, after the acute manifestations have been controlled. Preoperative, postoperative, or obstetric sedation. Prevention and control of nausea and vomiting associated with certain types of anesthesia and surgery. Therapy adjunctive to meperidine or other analgesics for control of post-operative pain. Sedation in both children and adults, as well as relief of apprehension and production of light sleep from which the patient can be easily aroused. Active and prophylactic treatment of motion sickness. Antiemetic therapy in postoperative patients.",
"Description": "Each tablet of promethazine hydrochloride contains 12.5 mg, 25 mg, or 50 mg promethazine hydrochloride. The inactive ingredients present are hydroxypropyl cellulose, lactose monohydrate, low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose and magnesium stearate. Promethazine hydrochloride is a racemic compound; the molecular formula is C 17H 20N 2S HCl and its molecular weight is 320.88. Promethazine hydrochloride, a phenothiazine derivative, is designated chemically as 10 H-Phenothiazine-10-ethanamine, N, N,α-trimethyl-, monohydrochloride, (±)- with the following structural formula. Promethazine hydrochloride occurs as a white to faint yellow, practically odorless, crystalline powder which slowly oxidizes and turns blue on prolonged exposure to air. It is freely soluble in water, in hot dehydrated alcohol, and in chloroform; practically insoluble in ether, in acetone and in ethyl acetate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Promethazine Hydrochloride, is useful orally for. Perennial and seasonal allergic rhinitis. Vasomotor rhinitis. Allergic conjunctivitis due to inhalant allergens and foods. Mild, uncomplicated allergic skin manifestations of urticaria and angioedema. Amelioration of allergic reactions to blood or plasma. Dermographism. Anaphylactic reactions, as adjunctive therapy to epinephrine and other standard measures, after the acute manifestations have been controlled. Preoperative, postoperative, or obstetric sedation. Prevention and control of nausea and vomiting associated with certain types of anesthesia and surgery. Therapy adjunctive to meperidine or other analgesics for control of post-operative pain.
