"IndicationAndUsage": "Sugammadex injection is indicated for the reversal of neuromuscular blockade induced by rocuronium bromide and vecuronium bromide in adult and pediatric patients aged 2 years and older undergoing surgery. Additional pediatric use information is approved for Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC’s BRIDION® (sugammadex) injection. However, due to Merck Sharp & Dohme LLC’s marketing exclusivity rights, this drug product is not labeled with that information.",
"Description": "Sugammadex Injection, for intravenous use, contains sugammadex sodium, a modified gamma cyclodextrin chemically designated as 6A,6B,6C,6D,6E,6F,6G,6H-Octakis-S-(2-carboxyethyl)-6A,6B,6C,6D,6E,6F,6G,6H-octathio-γ-cyclodextrin sodium salt (1:8) with a molecular weight of 2178.01. The structural formula is. Sugammadex injection is supplied as a sterile, non-pyrogenic aqueous solution that is clear, colorless to slightly yellow or yellow-brown for intravenous injection only. Each mL contains 100 mg sugammadex, which is equivalent to 108.8 mg sugammadex sodium. The aqueous solution is adjusted to a pH of between 7 and 8 with hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide. The osmolality of the product is between 300 and 500 mOsmol/kg. Sugammadex injection may contain up to 7 mg/mL of the mono OH-derivative of sugammadex [see Clinical Pharmacology (12.2)]. This derivative is chemically designated as 6A,6B,6C,6D,6E,6F,6G-Heptakis-S-(2-carboxyethyl)-6A,6B,6C,6D,6E,6F,6G-heptathio-γ-cyclodextrin sodium salt (1:7) with a molecular weight of 2067.90. "Description": "Amlodipine besylate tablets are the besylate salt of amlodipine, a long-acting calcium channel blocker. Amlodipine besylate is chemically described as 3-Ethyl-5-methyl (±)-2-[(2-aminoethoxy)methyl]-4-(2-chlorophenyl)-1,4-dihydro-6-methyl-3,5-pyridinedicarboxylate, monobenzenesulphonate. Its empirical formula is C20H25ClN2O5C6H6O3S, and its structural formula is:. Amlodipine besylate is a white crystalline powder with a molecular weight of 567.1. It is slightly soluble in water and sparingly soluble in ethanol. Amlodipine besylate tablets USP are formulated as white tablets equivalent to 2.5, 5, and 10 mg of amlodipine for oral administration. In addition to the active ingredient, amlodipine besylate, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate."

"IndicationAndUsage": "BRIVIACT is indicated for the treatment of partial-onset seizures in patients 1 month of age and older.",
"Description": "The chemical name of BRIVIACT (brivaracetam) is (2S)-2-[(4R)-2-oxo-4-propyltetrahydro-1 H-pyrrol-1-yl] butanamide. Its molecular formula is C 11H 20N 2O 2and its molecular weight is 212.29. The chemical structure is:. Brivaracetam is a white to off-white crystalline powder. It is very soluble in water, buffer (pH 1.2, 4.5, and 7.4), ethanol, methanol, and glacial acetic acid. It is freely soluble in acetonitrile and acetone and soluble in toluene. It is very slightly soluble in n-hexane. Tablets. BRIVIACT tablets are for oral administration and contain the following inactive ingredients: croscarmellose sodium, lactose monohydrate, betadex (β-cyclodextrin), anhydrous lactose, magnesium stearate, and film coating agents specified below. 10 mg tablets: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide 25 mg and 100 mg tablets: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide, black iron oxide 50 mg tablets: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide 75 mg tablets: polyvinyl alcohol, talc, polyethylene glycol 3350, titanium dioxide, yellow iron oxide, red iron oxide, black iron oxide. Oral Solution. BRIVIACT oral solution contains 10 mg of brivaracetam per mL. The inactive ingredients are sodium citrate, anhydrous citric acid, methylparaben, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sucralose, sorbitol solution, glycerin, raspberry flavor, and purified water. Injection. BRIVIACT injection is a clear, colorless liquid provided as a sterile, preservative-free solution. BRIVIACT injection contains 10 mg brivaracetam per mL for intravenous administration. One vial contains 50 mg of brivaracetam drug substance. It contains the following inactive ingredients: sodium acetate, trihydrate (1.64 mg/mL), glacial acetic acid (for pH adjustment to 5.5), sodium chloride (9.00 mg/mL), and water for injection."

The chemical name for gadopiclenol is rac-[(2R,2'Ξ,2''Ξ)-2,2',2''-(3,6,9-triaza-κ3N3,N6,N9-1(2,6)-pyridina-κN1-cyclodecaphane-3,6,9-triyl)tris(5-{[(2Ξ)-2,3-dihydroxypropyl]amino}-5-oxopentanoato-κ3O1,O1',O1'')(3−)]gadolinium with a molecular weight of 970.11 g/mol and a molecular formula of C35H54GdN7O15. Vueway is a sterile, nonpyrogenic, clear, colorless to yellow aqueous solution. Each mL contains 485.1 mg (0.5 mmol) of gadopiclenol (containing 0.5 mmol of gadolinium) and the following inactive ingredients: 0.404 mg tetraxetan, 1.211 mg trometamol, hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide (for pH adjustment, if needed), and water for injection. The main physicochemical properties of Vueway are provided in Table 2."
