"IndicationAndUsage": "Adalimumab-ryvk is a tumor necrosis factor (TNF) blocker indicated for: 1 Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA): Reducing signs and symptoms, inducing major clinical response, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with moderately to severely active RA. (1.1) , 2 Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA): Reducing signs and symptoms of moderately to severely active polyarticular JIA in patients 2 years of age and older. (1.2) , 3 Psoriatic Arthritis (PsA): Reducing signs and symptoms, inhibiting the progression of structural damage, and improving physical function in adult patients with active PsA. (1.3) , 4 Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS): Reducing signs and symptoms in adult patients with active AS. (1.4) , 5 Crohn’s Disease (CD): Treatment of moderately to severely active Crohn’s disease in adults and pediatric patients 6 years of age and older. (1.5) , 6 Ulcerative Colitis (UC): Treatment of moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis in adult patients. (1.6) Limitations of Use: Effectiveness has not been established in patients who have lost response to or were intolerant to TNF blockers. , 7 Plaque Psoriasis (Ps): Treatment of adult patients with moderate to severe chronic plaque psoriasis who are candidates for systemic therapy or phototherapy, and when other systemic therapies are medically less appropriate. (1.7) , 8 Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS): treatment of moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa in adult patients (1.8) , 9 Uveitis (UV): treatment of non-infectious intermediate, posterior, and panuveitis in adult patients (1.9) .",
"Description": "Adalimumab-ryvk is a tumor necrosis factor blocker. Adalimumab-ryvk is a recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal antibody with human derived heavy and light chain variable regions and human IgG1:k constant regions. Adalimumab-ryvk is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO)) expression system and is purified by a process that includes specific viral inactivation and removal steps. It consists of 1330 amino acids and has a molecular weight of approximately 148 kilodaltons. Adalimumab-ryvk injection is supplied as a sterile, preservative-free solution for subcutaneous administration. The drug product is supplied as either a single-dose, prefilled Adalimumab-ryvk autoinjector or as a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. Enclosed within the autoinjector is a single-dose, 1 mL prefilled glass syringe. The solution of Adalimumab-ryvk is clear and colorless, with a pH of 5.0-5.6. Each 80 mg/0.8 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.8 mL (80 mg) of drug product. Each 0.8 mL of Adalimumab-ryvk contains adalimumab-ryvk (80 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.80 mg), sodium chloride (0.47 mg), sucrose (69.83 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 40 mg/0.4 mL prefilled syringe or prefilled autoinjector delivers 0.4 mL (40 mg) of drug product. Each 0.4 mL of Adalimumab-ryvk contains adalimumab-ryvk (40 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.40 mg), sodium chloride (0.23 mg), sucrose (34.9 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH. Each 20 mg/0.2 mL prefilled syringe delivers 0.2 mL (20 mg) of drug product. Each 0.2 mL of Adalimumab-ryvk contains adalimumab-ryvk (20 mg), polysorbate 80 (0.20 mg), sodium chloride (0.12 mg), sucrose (17.46 mg), and Water for Injection, USP. Sodium hydroxide and hydrochloric acid are added as necessary to adjust pH."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Carefully consider the potential benefits and risks of ibuprofen tablets and other treatment options before deciding to use ibuprofen. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration consistent with individual patient treatment goals (see WARNINGS). Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of the signs and symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Ibuprofen tablets are indicated for relief of mild to moderate pain. Ibuprofen tablets are also indicated for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Controlled clinical trials to establish the safety and effectiveness of ibuprofen tablets in children have not been conducted.",
"Description": "Ibuprofen tablets contain the active ingredient ibuprofen, which is (±)-2-( p-isobutylphenyl) propionic acid. Ibuprofen is a white powder with a melting point of 74 to 77° C and is very slightly soluble in water (<1 mg/mL) and readily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and acetone. The structural formula is represented below:. Ibuprofen, a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), is available in 400 mg, 600 mg and 800 mg tablets for oral administration. Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose 2910, hydroxypropyl cellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol 400, pregelatinized starch, povidone k-90, sodium lauryl sulphate, titanium dioxide."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Topical corticosteroids are indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "Each gram of Hydrocortisone Cream, USP 2.5% contains 25 mg of hydrocortisone in a water-washable base of cetyl alcohol, isopropyl palmitate, methylparaben, mineral oil/lanolin alcohol, polysorbate 40, propylene glycol, propylene glycol stearate, propylparaben, purified water, sorbic acid, sorbitan palmitate, stearyl alcohol and xanthan gum. Chemically, hydrocortisone is [Pregn-4-ene-3,20-dione, 11,17, 21-trihydroxy-, (11β)-] with the molecular formula (C21H30O5) and is represented by the following structural formula. Its molecular weight is 362.47 and its CAS Registry Number is 50–23–7. The topical corticosteroids, including hydrocortisone, constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and antipruritic agents."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Labetalol hydrochloride tablets are indicated in the management of hypertension. Labetalol hydrochloride tablets may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide and loop diuretics.",
"Description": "Labetalol hydrochloride (HCl) is an adrenergic receptor blocking agent that has both selective alpha1- and nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking actions in a single substance. Labetalol HCl is a racemate chemically designated as 5-[1-hydroxy-2-[(1-methyl-3-phenylpropyl) amino] ethyl] salicylamide monohydrochloride, and has the following structural formula. Labetalol HCl has the molecular formula C19H24N2O3HCl and a molecular weight of 364.87. It has two asymmetric centers and therefore exists as a molecular complex of two diastereoisomeric pairs. Dilevalol, the R,R’ stereoisomer, makes up 25% of racemic labetalol. Labetalol HCl is a white or off-white crystalline powder, soluble in water. Labetalol Hydrochloride Tablets USP for oral administration contain 100 mg, 200 mg, or 300 mg labetalol HCl. Each tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch, purified water, and titanium dioxide. Labetalol HCl Tablets 100 mg also contain synthetic red iron oxide and synthetic yellow iron oxide. Labetalol HCl Tablets 300 mg also contain FD & C blue No. 2 aluminum lake."

"Description": "Labetalol hydrochloride (HCl) is an adrenergic receptor blocking agent that has both selective alpha1- and nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking actions in a single substance. Labetalol HCl is a racemate chemically designated as 5-[1-hydroxy-2-[(1-methyl-3-phenylpropyl) amino] ethyl] salicylamide monohydrochloride, and has the following structural formula. Labetalol HCl has the molecular formula C19H24N2O3HCl and a molecular weight of 364.87. It has two asymmetric centers and therefore exists as a molecular complex of two diastereoisomeric pairs. Dilevalol, the R,R’ stereoisomer, makes up 25% of racemic labetalol. Labetalol HCl is a white or off-white crystalline powder, soluble in water. Labetalol Hydrochloride Tablets USP for oral administration contain 100 mg, 200 mg, or 300 mg labetalol HCl. Each tablet also contains the following inactive ingredients: anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, crospovidone, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, pregelatinized starch, purified water, and titanium dioxide. Labetalol HCl Tablets 100 mg also contain synthetic red iron oxide and synthetic yellow iron oxide. Labetalol HCl Tablets 300 mg also contain FD & C blue No. 2 aluminum lake."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP (SR)are indicated for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), as defined by the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM). The efficacy of bupropion in the treatment of a major depressive episode was established in two 4-week controlled inpatient trials and one 6-week controlled outpatient trial of adult subjects with MDD [see Clinical Studies (14)]. The efficacy of bupropion hydrochloride extended-release tablets, USP (SR) in maintaining an antidepressant response for up to 44 weeks following 8 weeks of acute treatment was demonstrated in a placebo-controlled trial [see Clinical Studies (14)].",
"Description": "Bupropion hydrochlorideextended-release tablet, USP (SR), an antidepressant of the aminoketone class, is chemically unrelated to tricyclic, tetracyclic, selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitor, or other known antidepressant agents. Its structure closely resembles that of diethylpropion; it is related to phenylethylamines. It is designated as (±)-1-(3-chlorophenyl)-2-[(1,1-dimethylethyl)amino]-1-propanone hydrochloride. The molecular weight is 276.2. The molecular formula is C13H18ClNOHCl. Bupropion hydrochloride powder is white, crystalline, and highly soluble in water. It has a bitter taste and produces the sensation of local anesthesia on the oral mucosa. The structural formula is. Bupropion hydrochlorideextended-release tablets, USP (SR) are supplied for oral administration as 100 mg, 150 mg and 200 mg white to off white, film-coated, sustained-release tablets. Each tablet contains the labeled amount of bupropion hydrochloride, USP and the inactive ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, saccharin, anhydrous lactose, colloidal silicon dioxide, talc, stearic acid, polyvinyl alcohol, titanium dioxide and polyethylene glycol 3350. For 100 mg strength - It meets USP dissolution test 7. For 150 mg and 200 mg strengths - It meets USP dissolution test 2."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Eribulin mesylate injection is a microtubule inhibitor indicated for the treatment of patients with: 1 Metastatic breast cancer who have previously received at least two chemotherapeutic regimens for the treatment of metastatic disease. Prior therapy should have included an anthracycline and a taxane in either the adjuvant or metastatic setting. (1.1), 2 Unresectable or metastatic liposarcoma who have received a prior anthracycline-containing regimen. (1.2).",
"Description": "Eribulin mesylate injection contains eribulin mesylate, a microtubule dynamics inhibitor. Eribulin mesylate is a synthetic analogue of halichondrin B, a product isolated from the marine sponge Halichondria okadai. The chemical name for eribulin mesylate is 11,15:18,21:24,28- Triepoxy-7,9-ethano-12,15-methano-9H,15H-furo[3,2-i]furo[2',3':5,6]pyrano[4,3-b][1,4]dioxacyclopentacosin-5(4H)-one, 2-[(2S)-3-amino-2-hydroxypropyl]hexacosahydro-3-methoxy-26-methyl-20,27-bis(methylene)-, (2R,3R,3aS,7R,8aS,9S,10aR,11S,12R,13aR,13bS,15S,18S,21S,24S,26R,28R,29aS)-, methanesulfonate (salt). It has a molecular weight of 826.0 (729.9 for free base). The empirical formula is C40H59NO11CH4O3S. Eribulin mesylate has the following structural formula. Eribulin mesylate injection is a clear, colorless, sterile solution for intravenous administration. Each single-dose vial contains 1 mg of eribulin mesylate in 2 mL of solution. Each mL of solution contains 0.5 mg of eribulin mesylate (equivalent to 0.44 mg eribulin) in dehydrated alcohol (5% v/v) and water for injection (95% v/v). Sodium hydroxide or hydrochloric acid may be used for pH adjustment."

"Description": "Diclofenac sodium, USP extended-release, is a benzeneacetic acid derivative. The chemical name is 2-[(2,6-dichlorophenyl)amino] benzeneacetic acid, monosodium salt. The molecular weight is 318.13. Its molecular formula is C14H10Cl2NNaO2, and it has the following structural formula. Each extended-release tablet for oral administration contains 100 mg of diclofenac sodium, USP. "IndicationAndUsage": "Labetalol hydrochloride tablets USP are indicated in the management of hypertension. Labetalol hydrochloride tablets USP may be used alone or in combination with other antihypertensive agents, especially thiazide and loop diuretics.",
"Description": "Labetalol hydrochloride tablets, USP are an adrenergic receptor blocking agent that has both selective alpha 1 -adrenergic and nonselective beta-adrenergic receptor blocking actions in a single substance. Labetalol hydrochloride, USP is a racemate, chemically designated as 2-hydroxy-5-[1-hydroxy-2-[(1-methyl-3-phenylpropyl)amino]ethyl] benzamide monohydrochloride, and it has the following structure. Labetalol hydrochloride, USP has the molecular formula C 19H 24N 2O 3 HCl and a molecular weight of 364.87. It has two asymmetric centers and therefore exists as a molecular complex of two diastereoisomeric pairs. Dilevalol, the R,R' stereoisomer, makes up 25% of racemic labetalol. Labetalol hydrochloride, USP is a white or off-white crystalline powder, soluble in water. Labetalol hydrochloride tablets, USP, for oral administration, contain 100 mg, 200 mg or 300 mg labetalol hydrochloride, USP. In addition, each tablet contains the following inactive ingredients: lactose monohydrate, maize starch, hypromellose (Methocel E5), sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, polysorbate 80, hypromellose (3 mPas) and hypromellose (6 mPas)."
