"IndicationAndUsage": "Triamcinolone cream is indicated for the relief of the inflammatory and pruritic manifestations of corticosteroid-responsive dermatoses.",
"Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti-inflammatory and anti-pruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP contains Triamcinolone Acetonide [Pregna-1, 4-diene-3, 20-dione, 9-fluoro-11,21-dihydroxy-16,17-[(1-methylethylidene) bis- (oxy)]-, (11β,16α)-], with the empirical formula C24H31FO6 and molecular weight 434.50. CAS 76-25-5. The structural formula is:Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.025% contains: 0.25 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide, USP per gram in a base containing Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sorbitol Solution, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol and Purified Water. Triamcinolone Acetonide Cream USP, 0.1% contains: 1 mg of Triamcinolone Acetonide, USP per gram in a base containing Emulsifying Wax, Cetyl Alcohol, Isopropyl Palmitate, Sorbitol Solution, Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Benzyl Alcohol and Purified Water. "Description": "The topical corticosteroids constitute a class of primarily synthetic steroids used as anti‑inflammatory and antipruritic agents. The steroids in this class include triamcinolone acetonide. Triamcinolone acetonide is designated chemically as 9-Fluoro-11β,16α,17,21-tetrahydroxypregna-1,4‑diene-3,20-dione cyclic 16,17-acetal with acetone. Structural formula. C 24H 31FO 6 MW 434.50. Each gram of 0.1% triamcinolone acetonide cream, USP provides 1 mg of triamcinolone acetonide, USP in a cream base containing cetyl alcohol, isopropyl palmitate, methylparaben, mineral oil/lanolin alcohol, polysorbate 40, propylparaben, propylene glycol, propylene glycol monostearate, purified water, sorbic acid, sorbitan monopalmitate, stearyl alcohol and xanthan gum."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Methotrexate Injection is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor indicated for: 1 The following neoplastic diseases for the:Treatment of adult and pediatric patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen (1.1)Prophylaxis and treatment of adult and pediatric patients with meningeal leukemia (1.2)Treatment of adult and pediatric patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (1.3)Treatment of adult and pediatric patients with osteosarcoma as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen (1.4)Treatment of adults with breast cancer as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen (1.5)Treatment of adults with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck as single-agent (1.6)Treatment of adults with gestational trophoblastic neoplasia as part of a combination chemotherapy regimen (1.7), 2 Treatment of adults with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). (1.8), 3 Treatment of pediatric patients with polyarticular juvenile idiopathic arthritis (pJIA). (1.9), 4 Treatment of adults with severe psoriasis. (1.10).",
"Description": "Methotrexate is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor with the chemical name of N-[4-[[(2,4-diamino-6-pteridinyl) methyl]methylamino]benzoyl]-L-glutamic acid and a molecular weight of 454.44. The molecular formula is C20H22N8O5 and the structural formula is shown below. Preservative-free Methotrexate Injection, USP is supplied in sterile single-dose vials for intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intrathecal use. Methotrexate Injection, USP, Isotonic Liquid, Preservative Free is available in 25 mg/mL, 2 mL (50 mg), 4 mL (100 mg), 8 mL (200 mg), and 10 mL (250 mg) single-dose vials. : 1 Each 25 mg/mL, 2 mL vial contains 50 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 54.8 mg of methotrexate sodium, and the following inactive ingredients: sodium chloride 9.8 mg. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 8.5. The 2 mL solution contains approximately 0.43 mEq of sodium per vial and is an isotonic solution., 2 Each 25 mg/mL, 4 mL vial contains 100 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 109.7 mg of methotrexate sodium, and the following inactive ingredients: sodium chloride 19.6 mg. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 8.5. The 4 mL solution contains approximately 0.86 mEq of sodium per vial and is an isotonic solution., 3 Each 25 mg/mL, 8 mL vial contains 200 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 219.3 mg of methotrexate sodium, and the following inactive ingredients: sodium chloride 39.2 mg. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust the pH to 8.5. The 8 mL solution contains approximately 1.72 mEq of sodium per vial and is an isotonic solution., 4 Each 25 mg/mL, 10 mL vial contains 250 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 274.2 mg of methotrexate sodium, and the following inactive ingredients: sodium chloride 49 mg. Preservative-free Methotrexate Injection, USP is supplied in sterile single-dose vials for intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intrathecal use. Methotrexate Injection, USP, Isotonic Liquid, Preservative Free is available in 25 mg/mL, 2 mL (50 mg), 4 mL (100 mg), 8 mL (200 mg), and 10 mL (250 mg) single-dose vials. : 1 Each 25 mg/mL, 2 mL vial contains 50 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 54.8 mg of methotrexate sodium, and the following inactive ingredients: sodium chloride 9.8 mg. "IndicationAndUsage": "Zinc sulfate injection is indicated in adult and pediatric patients as a source of zinc for parenteral nutrition when oral or enteral nutrition is not possible, insufficient, or contraindicated.",
"Description": "Zinc Sulfate Injection, USP is a sterile, non-pyrogenic, clear, colorless, and odorless solution intended for use as a trace element and an additive to intravenous solutions for parenteral nutrition. 10 mg/10 mL Pharmacy Bulk Package vial: Each mL contains 1 mg of zinc present as 2.46 mg of zinc sulfate and water for injection q.s. 30 mg/10 mL Pharmacy Bulk Package vial: Each mL contains 3 mg of zinc present as 7.41 mg of zinc sulfate and water for injection q.s. 25 mg/5 mL Pharmacy Bulk Package vial: Each mL contains 5 mg of zinc present as 12.32 mg of zinc sulfate and water for injection q.s. All presentations do not contain preservatives. The pH range is 2 to 4; pH may be adjusted with sulfuric acid. 1 mg/mL of zinc sulfate injection contains no more than 1,500 mcg/L of aluminum and has a calculated osmolarity of 33 mOsmol/L. 3 mg/mL of zinc sulfate injection contains no more than 2,500 mcg/L of aluminum and has a calculated osmolarity of 96.5 mOsmol/L. 5 mg/mL of zinc sulfate injection contains no more than 2,500 mcg/L of aluminum and has a calculated osmolarity of 157.2 mOsmol/L. "IndicationAndUsage": "Fenofibrate tablets are indicated as adjunctive therapy to diet: 1 to reduce triglyceride (TG) levels in adults with severe hypertriglyceridemia (TG greater than or equal to 500 mg/dL)., 2 to reduce elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in adults with primary hyperlipidemia when use of recommended LDL-C lowering therapy is not possible.",
"Description": "Fenofibrate Tablets, USP are a peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) alpha agonist available as tablets for oral administration. Each tablet contains 54 mg or 160 mg of fenofibrate, USP. The chemical name for fenofibrate, USP is 2-[4-(4-chlorobenzoyl) phenoxy]-2-methyl-propanoic acid, 1-methylethyl ester with the following structural formula. The empirical formula is C20H21O4Cl and the molecular weight is 360.83; fenofibrate, USP is insoluble in water. The melting point is 79 to 82°C. Fenofibrate, USP is a white solid which is stable under ordinary conditions."

"Description": "Methotrexate, USP is a folate analog metabolic inhibitor with the chemical name of N-[4-[[(2,4-diamino-6-pteridinyl) methyl]methylamino]benzoyl]-L-glutamic acid and a molecular weight of 454.44. The molecular formula is C20H22N8O5, and the structural formula is shown below. Preservative-free Methotrexate Injection, USP is supplied in sterile single-dose vials for intravenous, intramuscular, subcutaneous, or intrathecal use. : 1 Each 25 mg/mL, 2 mL, 4 mL, 8 mL and 10 mL vial contains 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, and 250 mg methotrexate, USP equivalent to 54.8 mg, 109.6 mg, 219.3 mg and 274.18 mg of methotrexate sodium respectively, and the following inactive ingredients: Sodium chloride 9.8 mg, 19.6 mg, 39.2 mg and 49 mg respectively. May contain sodium hydroxide and/or hydrochloric acid to adjust pH between 7.0 to 9.0."
