"Description": "Lidocaine Hydrochloride Oral Topical Solution, USP (Viscous) 2% contains a local anesthetic agent and is administered topically. Lidocaine Hydrochloride Oral Topical Solution, USP (Viscous) 2% contains lidocaine hydrochloride, which is chemically designated as acetamide, 2-(diethylamino)-N- (2,6 dimethylphenyl)-, monohydrochloride and has the following structural formula. The molecular formula of lidocaine is C 14H 22N 2O. The molecular weight is 234.34."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen and Caffeine capsules are indicated for the relief of the symptom complex of tension (or muscle contraction) headache. Evidence supporting the efficacy and safety of this combination product in the treatment of multiple recurrent headaches is unavailable. Caution in this regard is required because butalbital is habit-forming and potentially abusable.",
"Description": "Butalbital, Acetaminophen and Caffeine Capsules, USP are supplied in hard-gelatin capsule form for oral administration. Each capsule contains the following active ingredients. butalbital USP............................50 mg. acetaminophen USP..................300 mg. caffeine USP..............................40 mg. Inactive Ingredients: crospovidone, microcrystalline cellulose, povidone, pregelatinized starch, stearic acid, talc, D&C yellow #10, FD&C yellow #6, FD&C green #3, FD&C red #40, gelatin, titanium dioxide, propylene glycol, hypromellose 2910, FD&C red #3, FD&C blue #1. Butalbital (5-allyl-5-isobutylbarbituric acid), is a short to intermediate-acting barbiturate of molecular weight 224.26. It has the following structural formula. C 11H 16N 2O 3 MW = 224.26. Acetaminophen (4´-hydroxyacetanilide), is a non-opiate, non-salicylate analgesic and antipyretic of molecular weight 151.16. It has the following structural formula. C 8H 9NO 2 MW = 151.16. Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine), is a central nervous system stimulant of molecular weight 194.19. It has the following structural formula. C 8H 10N 4O 2 MW = 194.19."

"IndicationAndUsage": "Buspirone hydrochloride tablets, USP are indicated for the management of anxiety disorders or the short-term relief of the symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety or tension associated with the stress of everyday life usually does not require treatment with an anxiolytic. The efficacy of buspirone hydrochloride tablets, USP has been demonstrated in controlled clinical trials of outpatients whose diagnosis roughly corresponds to Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD). Many of the patients enrolled in these studies also had coexisting depressive symptoms and buspirone hydrochloride tablets, USP relieved anxiety in the presence of these coexisting depressive symptoms. The patients evaluated in these studies had experienced symptoms for periods of 1 month to over 1 year prior to the study, with an average symptom duration of 6 months. Generalized Anxiety Disorder (300.02) is described in the American Psychiatric Association’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual, III1 as follows. Generalized, persistent anxiety (of at least 1 month continual duration), manifested by symptoms from three of the four following categories: 1 1. Motor tension: shakiness, jitteriness, jumpiness, trembling, tension, muscle aches, fatigability, inability to relax, eyelid twitch, furrowed brow, strained face, fidgeting, restlessness, easy startle., 2 2. Autonomic hyperactivity: sweating, heart pounding or racing, cold, clammy hands, dry mouth, dizziness, lightheadedness, paresthesias (tingling in hands or feet), upset stomach, hot or cold spells, frequent urination, diarrhea, discomfort in the pit of the stomach, lump in the throat, flushing, pallor, high resting pulse and respiration rate., 3 3. Apprehensive expectation: anxiety, worry, fear, rumination, and anticipation of misfortune to self or others., 4 4. Vigilance and scanning: hyperattentiveness resulting in distractibility, difficulty in concentrating, insomnia, feeling \"on edge,\" irritability, impatience.",
"Description": "Buspirone hydrochloride tablets, USP is an antianxiety agent that is not chemically or pharmacologically related to the benzodiazepines, barbiturates, or other sedative/anxiolytic drugs. Buspirone hydrochloride is a white crystalline, water soluble compound with a molecular weight of 422.0. Chemically, buspirone hydrochloride is 8-[4-[4-(2-pyrimidinyl)-1-piperazinyl]butyl]-8-azaspiro[4.5]decane-7,9-dione monohydrochloride. The empirical formula C21H31N5O2 HCl is represented by the following structural formula. Buspirone hydrochloride, USP is supplied as tablets for oral administration containing 5 mg, 10 mg, 15 mg, or 30 mg of buspirone hydrochloride, USP (equivalent to 4.6 mg, 9.1 mg, and 13.7 mg and 27.4 mg of buspirone free base, respectively). The 5-mg and 10-mg tablets are scored so they can be bisected. Thus, the 5-mg tablet can also provide a 2.5-mg dose, and the 10-mg tablet can provide a 5-mg dose. The 15-mg and 30-mg tablets are provided in the adjustable dosage tablet design. These tablets are scored so they can be either bisected or trisected. Thus, a single 15-mg tablet can provide the following doses: 15 mg (entire tablet), 10 mg (two thirds of a tablet), 7.5 mg (one half of a tablet), or 5 mg (one third of a tablet). A single 30-mg tablet can provide the following doses: 30 mg (entire tablet), 20 mg (two thirds of a tablet), 15 mg (one half of a tablet), or 10 mg (one third of a tablet). Buspirone hydrochloride, USP tablets contain the following inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, lactose anhydrous, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and sodium starch glycolate (Type A)."

"Description": "Formulations of amoxicillin contain amoxicillin, a semisynthetic antibiotic, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2S,5R,6R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-(p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C16H19N3O5S 3H2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. Inactive ingredients: Capsule shells - yellow ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ferric oxide, shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide; Capsule contents - cellulose microcrystalline and magnesium stearate. Meets USP Dissolution Test 2. Amoxicillin Tablets, USP. Each film coated tablet contains 500 mg or 875 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The tablets are oval-shaped and white to yellowish. "Description": "Amoxicillin is a semisynthetic antibacterial, an analog of ampicillin, with a broad spectrum of bactericidal activity against many Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms. Chemically, it is (2 S,5 R,6 R)-6-[(R)-(-)-2-amino-2-( p-hydroxyphenyl)acetamido]-3,3-dimethyl-7-oxo-4- thia-1-azabicyclo[3.2.0]heptane-2-carboxylic acid trihydrate. It may be represented structurally as:. The amoxicillin molecular formula is C 16H 19N 3O 5S 3H 2O, and the molecular weight is 419.45. Amoxicillin Capsules, USP. Each amoxicillin capsule, with yellow opaque cap and body, contains 250 mg or 500 mg amoxicillin as the trihydrate. The 250 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 250 on one side and GG 848 on the other side; the 500 mg capsule is imprinted AMOX 500 on one side and GG 849 on the other side. Inactive ingredients: Capsule shells - yellow ferric oxide, titanium dioxide, gelatin, black ferric oxide, shellac, propylene glycol, potassium hydroxide and ammonium hydroxide; Capsule contents - cellulose microcrystalline and magnesium stearate.
